Solicitud de cumplimiento.

El memorialista le indica a la Corporación que actúa en calidad de apoderado de algunos damnificados de la segunda ola invernal del año 2011 en diferentes municipios del país.

Aduce que formuló ante los operadores jurídicos el cumplimiento de la sentencia T-648/13 y del Auto 457/15 y que el trámite impartido por los jueces de instancia fue diferente en tanto unas fueron inadmitidas, otras admitidas y algunas tramitadas como incidentes de desacato y como solicitud o acción de cumplimiento.

Igualmente informó que las órdenes variaron y en los casos en que se ordenó el cumplimiento, la UNGRD incumplió al no pagar el subsidio ofrecido.

Como quiera que la Corte no encontró acreditada la condición de apoderado invocada por el memorialista, declaró IMPROCEDENTE la petición formulada.
